Photographs from the Switchboard Music Festival at the Brava Theater in the Mission District of San Francisco on April 3, 2011. The festival was founded by composers and performers Jeff Anderle, Ryan Brown, and Jonathan Russell with the goal of featuring composers and musicians who push the boundaries of their respective genres. Telepathy, The Genie, Wiener Kids, Erik Jekabson, the Bay Area Composers Big Band, and sound artist Loren Chasse are featured in these photographs.

On September 12, 2010, 31 chamber music ensembles, from baroque and classical to contemporary and jazz, performed on three different stages for a marathon six-hour run of live music as part of Chamber Music Day presented by the SF Friends of Chamber Music in collaboration with the SF Conservatory of Music. Photographs of the Trumpet Super Group, Adam Shulman Trio, Lisa Mezzacappa and Nightshade, and the Alexander String Quartet are featured here.
